Effecting positive change in Workers’ Compensation through the views of Alberta employers

Any placement of a WCB claimant creates the opportunity for an employer to take advantage of thw WCB Training on the Job program (TOJ).  TOJs offer wage subsidy to an employer, possible retraining funding as well as liability
protection to the hiring employer.  For a worker placed through a TOJ, an employer offers that worker a chance of re employment as well as the opportunity to mitigate significant permanent disability cost.
An employer accessing the site will simply need to create an ID for themselves and a password so they can get started.
